About RTR

RTR Vehicles is an OEM+ vehicle and components manufacturer founded by Vaughn Gittin Jr.

In 2009, the world was introduced to RTR Vehicles with the unveiling of the Mustang RTR at SEMA. Since then, RTR's vehicle offerings have expanded beyond the flagship Mustangs to include the Ford Bronco, Ranger, F-150, Mustang Mach-E and more. When building an RTR Vehicle, you aren't confined to pre-selected packages chosen by us. Many of the vehicle packages have optional upgrades that allow you to build a vehicle that best suits your lifestyle.

Over the years, RTR Vehicles has built some of the most recognizable specialty vehicles on the market. Notable vehicles include the RTR-X, Ken Block’s Hoonicorn, Mustang Mach-E 1400 and the Bronco RTR Fun Runner.

What does RTR mean?

RTR or Ready to Rock is something that Vaughn has said since he was a teen. It’s a mindset, a way of life, that means to be ready for anything. For RTR this translated to their vehicles because they are built for your lifestyle whenever or wherever the road takes you.

Mystichrome is a prismatic, color-shifting paint that made its debut 20 years ago on the 2004 Cobra. It first appeared on the 1996 Mustang Cobra as "Mystic" and was reformulated for the 2004 Cobra. Mystichrome displays a dynamic range of hues, including blue, green, gold, purple, and root beer.
