If your brake pads are running thin it's a great time to replace them before you start to adversely affect your rotors. If you bring your car into Tindol Ford today, we'll be able to take a look at your brake pads and see if they require replacement. If you notice that your "check brake" light has lit on your dashboard, it's time to bring your F150 Ford or other Ford vehicle into our service center.

Rotors

The rotors are attached to the brake pad in the braking system and can become affected if you don't replace your brake pads in a timely fashion. This repair is more costly and should be avoided.

Brake Fluid Exchange

Depending upon your Ford guidelines, brake fluid should be replaced every so often in your vehicle. A brake fluid exchange constitutes a complete removal of your existing brake fluid. Brand new manufacturer guaranteed brake fluid will be administered to your hydraulic brake system. There are no mixtures of the two. Having a timely brake fluid exchange is going to prolong the wear of your braking system and improve your overall car performance.
